Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (18 oz) can pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2-1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add pumpkin pie mix and beat well.
  2. Add sugar, cinnamon and ginger; beat until smooth.
  3. Serve with ginger snaps or spice cookies.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
