Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cup whipping cream maybe more or less

Directions:

  1. Mix together crust ingredients and press into 9x13 inch pan. Build up the edges. Bake crust 10 minutes at 250. until right brown. Pour the filling into baked hot crust. Spread the filling evenly into the crust. Bake 40 minutes at 350. Top with wipped Cream. Cut into squares and serve on small plates.
