Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and sugar together, add oil: add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in
  2. Pumpkin and nuts.
  3. Pour into 9 in square greased pan. Bake at 350 for about 30 mins. Cool 5 mins.
  4. Frost with cream cheese icing, your own or from a can
