Easy to make, easy to double (9x13 pan) Great with coffee, tea, or glass of cold milk Wonderful additiion to a potluck, won't last long. Ingredients:
3/4 c flour |
3/4 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp soda |
1/2 tsp nutmeg |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
2 eggs |
1 c brown sugar |
2/3 c canned pure pumpkin, not pie filling |
1/4 c oil |
1/2 c nuts |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and sugar together, add oil: add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in 2. pumpkin and nuts. 3. Pour into 9 in square greased pan. Bake at 350 for about 30 mins. Cool 5 mins. 4. Frost with cream cheese icing, your own or from a can |
