  1. Cook ground beef over medium heat until done & drain.
  2. Put tortillas in oven, then preheat to 275. Letting them remain there as you..
  3. Return drained meat to pan, adding onion, beans, sauce, puréed tomatoes, and heating through...reducing liquid by about 1/3
  4. Remove now puffy tortillas to serving plate and top with lettuce leaf, meat mixture, tomato wedges, black olives, cheese.
  5. Serve with Salsa on the side.
