Puerto Rican Chicken With Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) cans salt-free tomato sauce
  • 16 oz water
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a large pot add tomato sauce, water,garlic and salt.
  2. Mix.
  3. Skin chicken (if desired) add to pot.
  4. Cook over medium heat for one hour.
  5. (or until chicken is done).
  6. Cook rice to liking.
  7. Pour sauce over chicken and rice and serve.
