Puerto Rican Chicken With Rice |

Fast,cheap and easy.Great for a big family or party. Ingredients:
6 chicken legs or 6 chicken thighs |
2 (8 ounce) cans salt-free tomato sauce |
2 tablespoons garlic powder |
16 ounces water |
1 tablespoon salt |
2 cups of uncooked white rice |
Directions:
1. In a large pot add tomato sauce, water,garlic and salt. 2. Mix. 3. Skin chicken (if desired) add to pot. 4. Cook over medium heat for one hour. 5. (or until chicken is done). 6. Cook rice to liking. 7. Pour sauce over chicken and rice and serve. |
