  1. MIx all ingredients well, Pour into well greased and floured bundt or tube pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Cool in pan 10 minutes, remove to wire rack to cool completely.
  4. Frost as desired.
