This is how my mother doctored up a bought cake mix. You can mix and match flavors of cake mix and pudding as you like. This works best in a bundt or tube pan. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box cake mix (any flavor) |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant pudding mix (any flavor) |
4 eggs |
1 cup water |
1/2 cup salad oil |
Directions:
1. MIx all ingredients well, Pour into well greased and floured bundt or tube pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
3. Cool in pan 10 minutes, remove to wire rack to cool completely.
4. Frost as desired.
