Potato Spring Onion Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place flour, spring onions, potatoes, and baking powder in food processor or large bowl.
  2. Knead for 2 minutes.
  3. Add a little water if mixture is too dry.
  4. Wrap dough in cling film and allow to rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide dough into 2 pieces.
  6. Roll into rounds of 18-20cm diameter.
  7. Combine the 3 oils and brush tops of dough rounds.
  8. Spray a non-stick frying pan with oil spray.
  9. Cook each dough round for 3 minutes each side, brushing with flavoured oil.
  10. When bread is golden remove from pan, cut into slices.
