Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. whipped cream cheese w/ chives
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 tblsp. unsalted butter

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix well.
  2. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. souffle` dish.
  3. Bake 45 mins. 400 degrees
