  1. 1. In a bowl combine the lemon juice, oil, sugar, seasoned salt, worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, black pepper, mix well blend in the mayonnaise and pour the dressing over the potatoes.
  2. 2. Then mix in the onions, celery, parsley, dill, garlic and mix then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
