Really delicious, and tasty! Ingredients:
3 cups peeled and cubed potatoes and boiled |
1 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 1/4 teaspoons sugar |
3/4 teaspoon seasoning salt |
3/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup chopped red onion |
1/2 cup chopped and diced celery |
1 tablespoon parsley |
1 tablespoon dill |
1 tablespoon garlic |
add a little tumeric for color |
Directions:
1. 1. In a bowl combine the lemon juice, oil, sugar, seasoned salt, worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, black pepper, mix well blend in the mayonnaise and pour the dressing over the potatoes. 2. 2. Then mix in the onions, celery, parsley, dill, garlic and mix then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. |
