Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked then cooled mashed potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Blend until you can handle the dough.
  2. Make into round balls.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes in boiling water that cover the dumplings.
  4. Keep lid on pan.
