we always have this on thanksgiving and Christmas! Ingredients:
2 cups cooked then cooled mashed potatoes |
2 eggs |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 tablespoon cream of wheat |
2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Blend until you can handle the dough. 2. Make into round balls. 3. Cook for 10 minutes in boiling water that cover the dumplings. 4. keep lid on pan. |
