Potato Cheese and Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes, cauliflower and garlic in a large saucepan of salted water.
  2. Cover and bring to a boil; simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Drain well; return vegetables and garlic to the pan.
  4. Set the pan over low heat and mash vegetables and garlic with whipping cream and butter.
  5. When the mixture is smooth, stir in the cheese until it's melted.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
