Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 spoons lard
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 or 1/3 yeast
  • 2 cups potato water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Rise til bowl is full
  2. Roll into bun sized balls
  3. Rise again till buns double in size
  4. (bake at) 350 til brown
