Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Have mashed potatoes cooled and ready.
  2. Mix all ingredients except the flour.
  3. Add four cups of flour to start with.
  4. When mixed, add one cup of flour at a time to form a soft dough.
  5. Put oil in large bowl . Moving the bowl to grease where the dough will go.
  6. Put dough in bowl and cover with a dish towel. I turn on the oven at the lowest degree and then turn it off .
  7. Then I put the dough in the oven and let dough rise.
  8. When the dough has doubled in size, punch down and start to form bread loaves, or dinner rolls or my families favorite Cinnamon Rolls.
  9. After forming loaves or rolls place in greased baking pan cover again and let rise.
  10. Bake at 350* for 20 to 25 mins.
  11. Cinnamon Rolls
  12. Roll out dough on floured mat.
  13. Pour some butter and smooth around.
  14. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on dough.( It's up to you how much you want to use.)
  15. Roll dough up.
  16. Cut into roll about an 1 1/2 inches thick.
  17. Place in a greased baking pan and cover and let rise again.
  18. Bake at 350* for 20 to 25 minutes.
  19. Make the frosting while the rolls are baking.
  20. Mix powdered sugar and margarine.
  21. Then add the vanilla and milk.
  22. The frosting is ready to be spread on the rolls when they come out of the oven.Making a perfect glaze for a wonderful treat.
