Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a meduim saucepan 3/4 full of water, boil plantains for
  2. 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and reserve 2 C liquid.
  4. Puree the plantains in food processor.
  5. Slowly pour in the milk, and rrocess until just smooth.
  6. Warm the reserved liquid over low heat and wisk in puree until smooth.
  7. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through.
