Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large pan, saute mushrooms and onion in oil for 2-3 minutes, until tender. Add water, pizza sauce, garlic, tomatoes, sausage and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Before serving, stir in parmesan. Garnish with mozzarella and croutons. Yield: 4 servings
  2. You can add whatever you prefer such as green peppers, olives, pepperoni and such.
