Pineapple Upside Down Biscuits

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400*
  2. Grease 10 cups of a muffin tin
  3. Strain the can of crushed pineapple, save the juice
  4. Combine pineapple, sugar and butter and mix well
  5. Divide the pineapple mixture among the muffin cups.
  6. Place a cherry in the center of each muffin cup, make sure cherry
  7. Hits bottom of cup
  8. Place one biscuit in each cup on top of sugar and pineapple mixture.
  9. Spoon 1 tea. reserved pineapple juice over each biscuit.
  10. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden.
  11. Cool 2 minutes, invert the pan onto a plate and release biscuits.
  12. Serve warm
