Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry the pineapple in some oil . Set aside .
  2. Fry the onion in the same pan until golden brown .
  3. Add the rice and fry for few minutes .
  4. Add the masala pwd . Fry .
  5. Add the water , milk , pineapple , nuts , raisins , salt .
  6. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 mins until the rice is cooked .
  7. Garnish with almonds and some corriander leaves .
