Ingredients:

  • 1 ' 20 oz can ( tidbits or crushed ) pineapple , drained ' save some juice in case mixture should thick.
  • 3 tsp flour
  • topping
  • 1/2 sleeve of crushed ritz crackers (moistened in margarine or the butter)

Directions:

  1. Thicken juice and flour, mix with sugar and cheese.
  2. Add pineapple pour into cassarole dish.
  3. Topping: Put over mix and bake.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
