A really good dish to go with Brunch, Pork Roast or Ham Bake. Ingredients:
1 ' 20 oz can (tidbits or crushed) pineapple, drained ' save some juice in case mixture should thick. |
3 t flour |
1/2 c splenda or sugar |
1/2 c sharp cheese grated |
topping |
1/2 stick margarine or butter, melted |
1/2 sleeve of crushed ritz crackers (moistened in margarine or the butter) |
Directions:
1. Thicken juice and flour, mix with sugar and cheese. 2. Add pineapple pour into cassarole dish. 3. Topping: Put over mix and bake. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes |
