Pineapple And Sticky Macadamia Nuts   Panini

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pat the pineapple dry on paper towels and arrange them on two slices of panettone.
  2. Scatter with the marshmellows and crushed macadamia nuts and sprinkle with the vanilla sugar.
  3. Top with remaining two slices of panettone bread.
  4. Toast in a sandwich grill for 2 to 3 minutes, according to your grill , until bread is golden and the marshmallows are beginning to melt.
  5. Slice each sandwich into small rectangles and dust with powdered sugar.
  6. Serve immed
