Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove (optional)
  • 1 -2 small zucchini
  • 1 -2 small summer squash
  • 1 small onion

Directions:

  1. Mix olive oil, water, vinegar, garlic (if using) and Seasoning in gallon sized zip-lock bag.
  2. Cut vegetables into bite sized pieces and add to bag.
  3. Shake to coat all vegetables then let sit for 1/2 hour.
  4. Pan fry or grill over med-high heat until crispy-tender.
