Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute Peppers and onions in 2oz of butter until soft
  2. Add cream and stock to a large stock pot
  3. Add onions,peppers cayenne, white pepper and paprika
  4. Stir
  5. Add tomato sauce cook over med. heat stirring often as not to scorch
  6. Add crab meat
  7. When just to the boinling point melt remaing butter in a pan and add flout to make a roux cook until lightly golden and nutty tasting
  8. Add with whisk to soup
  9. Whisking briskly to remove any lumps until soup has thickened turn heat to low and cook for 30 minutes stirring occasionally
