Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the cake mix, one egg and butter in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Stir in nuts.
  3. Press mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and two eggs. Pour over the crust.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Cool and then cut into bars.
