This is a bar cookie, very good - kinda rich. Enjoy, Happy Baking. Ingredients:
1 (2 layer) pkg. yellow cake mix |
3 eggs |
1/2 c. butter or margarine softened |
2 c. chopped pecans |
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese |
3 2/3 c. powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine the cake mix, one egg and butter in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Stir in nuts.
3. Press mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.
4. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and two eggs. Pour over the crust.
5. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Cool and then cut into bars.
