Pear and Blue Stilton Toastie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toast the bread under the grill for 3 minutes, then add enough pear slices to cover one piece of the bread and then add the blue Stilton on top.
  2. Return to the grill until the Stilton has melted over the pears.
  3. Take out of the grill, add the walnuts, slice and then enjoy.
  4. You can alternatively use a toaster bag and follow a similar method by using the toaster.
