Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 1/4 cup cake flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup peanutbutter
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup peanutbutter
  • 4-5 tablspoons milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 cake pan or 2 9 round cake pans, n dust with flour.
  2. In bowl beat egg whites till fluffy, add sugar n beat until stiff peaks form n glossy.Set aside
  3. In large bowl add flour baking powder,salt n baking soda,add brown sugar,peanutbutter,oil and half of milk, beat on med speed for 1 minute. Add remaining milk n egg yolks, beat again for 1 minute.Fold in egg whites. Pour into prepared cake pan bake for 30-35 minutes or till test done.Chill completely then ice.
  4. Icing
  5. Blend peanutbutter n sugar in bowl, Add enough milk to make a creamy consistency.
