Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp mace
  • 6 whole cloves

Directions:

  1. Coursley chop peaches, mix with next 5 ingredients in saucepan.
  2. Tie cloves and cinnamon in cheesecloth bag.
  3. Add to peaches.
  4. Simmer, 30 minutes, stirring ocasionaly.
  5. Remove spice bag.
  6. Pour chutney into glass bowl.
  7. Cover and chill.
