Ingredients:

  • 6 medium raw potatoes
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • milk (to taste)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • parsley (optional)
  • chopped onion (optional)

Directions:

  1. Peel and grate potatoes. Drain in a colander. Stir in flour and add enough milk to make a thin batter.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Parsley and onion may be added if desired.
  4. Form into circular patties.
  5. Fry in a well oiled hot skillet.
