Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in two large resealable plastic bags.
  2. Combine the Parmesan cheese and seasonings; add to potatoes and shake to coat.
  3. Pour oil into two 15x10x1-inch baking pans; pour potatoes into pans.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until tender.
