Oven Fried Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/3 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in 2 shallow baking pans. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, brushing occasionally with oil mixture.
