Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Pour 1/4 cup water into jelly-roll pan.
  2. Cut unpeeled potatoes into 1/4 inch slices; arrange in single layer in
  3. Pan. In small saucepan, over low heat, stir butter with garlic to melt.
  4. Brush flavored butter over potatoes; bake 20 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine Parmesan, paprika, and pepper.
  6. Remove potatoes from oven; heat broiler.
  7. Sprinkle cheese mixture over potatoes; broil 2 to 3 minutes until
  8. Light golden brown.
  9. Serve immediately.
