Ingredients:

  • 1 small bag orzo
  • 1-2 cups cream
  • about 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook the orzo till it is al dente and then strain.
  2. Place in a sauce pan or pot and add cream and bring to boil.
  3. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve
