Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix honey, vinegar, soya sauce and ginger- put sauce aside.
  2. Chop vegetables finely
  3. Saute chicken in olive oil
  4. Add thinly sliced garlic, chili pepper and green onion, cook for a minute or two
  5. Add vegetables- steam for two minutes
  6. Add sauce. mix.
  7. Remove vegetables and chicken. Bring sauce to boil and reduce. pour over veggie/chicken dish.
  8. Now it's in my fridge waiting for tomorrow:-)
