Orange Lemon Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 box lemon cake mix (18-1/4 oz)
  • 1 package (3 oz) orange gelatin
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 to 4 tsp orange juice

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, combine first five ingredients;beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 mins..
  2. Pour into greased and floured 10 fluted tube pan
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 mins or till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 10 mins before removing from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
  4. Combine confectioners sugar and enough orange juice to achieve desired consistency. Drizzle over cake.
