  1. Place tortilla on work surface. lay half the cheese over the lower half of the tortilla. top with a single layer of the apple slices, then top with the remaining cheese, fold top over the filling making a half moon shape.
  2. Line the plate with a paper towl, place quesadilla on it and microcook on high for 30 to 45 seconds.
