Directions:

  1. Beat egg whites with pepper, garlic, and chili powder until foamy.
  2. Cook in a small nonstick pan over medium heat until cooked through, laying mushrooms and bacon overtop.
  3. Place cooked omlette on tortilla and roll up.
  4. Serve with salsa.
  5. Enjoy!
