Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp soft butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder together and set aside. Mix egg and 3 tablespoons butter together and then combine with dry ingredients. Add peaches, mix well. Put in 8 x 8 glass dish and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon then dot with 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes Good with half and half poured on top after baked.
