Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup. sugar
  • 5 tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • jelly of your choice

Directions:

  1. Beat together eggs, sugar, water, and vanilla.
  2. Add flour, soda and salt.
  3. Grease a jelly roll pan lined with wax paper.
  4. Pour dough in pan.
  5. Bake 25 minutes in a 350º F oven.
  6. Empty pan onto a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
  7. Put on jelly and roll up while still warm.
  8. Leave wrapped up until cool.
