Ingredients:

  • 2 4/5 cup flour
  • 4/5 cup skim milk
  • 2/5 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix together, bake at 350 for 17 minutes. Serving size = one ice cream scoop (1/8 C?)
