Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups quick oats or 3 cups oats
  • 1 (10 oz) package butterscotch chips

Directions:

  1. Prejeat over to 350.
  2. Cream butter and sugars.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Add flour, soda and spices.
  5. Stir in oats and morsels.
  6. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet.
  7. Flatten slightly.
  8. Bake 10 minutes.
  9. Let cool slightly on sheet before allowing to cool on cookie rack.
