These are divine! Can't keep these around long. grrrreat for bake sales too when there is bound to be a choc chip cookie surplus! Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 cups quick oats or 3 cups oats |
1 (10 ounce) package butterscotch chips |
Directions:
1. Prejeat over to 350. 2. Cream butter and sugars. 3. Add eggs and vanilla. 4. Add flour, soda and spices. 5. Stir in oats and morsels. 6. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet. 7. Flatten slightly. 8. Bake 10 minutes. 9. Let cool slightly on sheet before allowing to cool on cookie rack. |
