Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups flour
  • 5 cups oats (regular)
  • 3 cups raisins
  • 3 cups nuts

Directions:

  1. Cream first 3 ingredients.
  2. Add eggs & vanilla.
  3. Then add all dry ingredients.
  4. Mix together.
  5. Then roll into golf ball size.
  6. Press onto a ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake in preheated oven 400 Degree's for 6-8 minutes.
  8. Please watch your oven carefully as these bake quickly and every one's oven is different!
