Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup. oatmeal
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Directions:

  1. In a med bowl, combine eggs, butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, oatmeal, and vanilla; mix well.
  2. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
  3. Bake at 350° for 45 min, or until firm.
  4. Serve topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping
