Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp cooking spray
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp oj
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup cranberries

Directions:

  1. Blend al; ingredients to oats. stir in oats to baking powder. fold in pecan and cranberries.. Preheat oven 350 x 20 or until firm.
