Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients, then apples & nuts.
  2. Bake in 9 square pan for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
